What is important for your business or practice?

What is important?

The purpose of this document is to discover what is most important to you about your practice/business and how quickly it needs to be restored in the event that something does happen.

100% uptime is not possible for any IT service or product. Eventually, hardware fails, services go down, etc. Our goals for you are:

1 – Minimize how often these happen

2 – Minimize the impact to you when it does happen

To achieve those goals, we have created this questionnaire to make sure we know t what exactly is important for you. This way, we can ensure that we are taking care of the right items for you.
